Hunter Parrish from "The Weeds". The show got bad after second season, but he definitely got better. This photo is perfection.

I have a thing for animal costumes in music videos.

I don't understand what's up with that, but I love every song with a video featuring an animal costume. Here are the examples:

1. Lützenkirchen - 3 Days Awake

2. Groove Armada - Get Down

3. Moby - Disco Lies

4. Bat For Lashes - What's A Girl To Do

5. Kate Nash - Pumpkin Soup

6. Samim - Heater

Song Of The Week \ 08

This is sensational, and about to be massively successful. It's very Uffie's electro, with strongly modified vocals. The name Tobias Lützenkirchen suggests that this is a DJ from Germany, specifically he's from Munich, and he already established his name there. He's booked all over the world until January 2009. On the next post check out the video, which I also LOVE.

Song Of The Week \ 07

Let's make a double post once again, since I was away for such long time. That only happened at the first Song Of The Week post.

The first track is really alternative and out there, and you will probably have to get used to it. The singer's name is Santogold, and she is due to break on mainstream by the end of this year, which she partly did it already with single "L.E.S. Artistes", which is much more mainstream and radio friendly. 32-years old lady had previously toured with M.I.A., Bjork, and Architecture In Helsinki, which I think are all kind of musically similar to what she does. She had an album out in April, it's called "Santogold", and I suggest you get it.

Hardcore gangsta meets indie experimentalism.

Second song in this post is very different. It's organic, indie, popish, pretty, and somehow retro 80's influenced. Ladyhawke is essentially the solo project of Pip Brown, New Zealand girl who recently moved to London. I'm totally digging her voice, and was impressed, when I found out that she plays 10 instruments. She wrote "Paris Is Burning" after visiting Paris in 2007. I was particularly intoxicated with this song during this year's Exit Festival. You might also want to check out the video.

Anti-electro feel-good song with a very emotional chorus.

Lovely, isn't it?

So this trip to London was just plain spectacular, as You could see on the posted photos. Now it's time for this blog to become what it was, since I don't have any more exciting stuff planned, and will have time to post new stuff. Expect a full London gallery in a few days, as well as new Sound Of The Week posts.

1000 views!

It's silly, but it means something to me. Video I made about the tallest skyscrapers in the world has gathered 1000 views in just about 10 days. Proper tagging is the key, as I learned. It's my second video with over 1000 views, first one being the one from Kylie's X Tour in Vienna, but it needed much more time to get there.

She don't want to be recognized, but can you believe that she don't think she looks spectacular? One of my fabulous girlfriends at EXIT Festival, by the pool.

Kylie Minogue - X Tour, Finally

Perhaps you remember this post. Well, I did it! I cut the video on half and re-post it on YouTube. But I have to say, I didn't really put a lot of effort in it to look completely finished and polished. Both videos together are over 14 minutes, so ... hardcore fan material. More hardcore than I am.

Me @ EXIT Festival 2008

EXIT
Feel free to look at my Facebook gallery from the EXIT Festival. It's almost just me, because I want to have a clearance from the girls I was with, before I post. You know how ladies are ...

Expect a full gallery, but not sooner than next week, because tomorrow I'm leaving for London. So I still owe you a gallery from Rototom Sunsplash Festival in Italy, EXIT Festival in Serbia, and there will of course have to be a sweet gallery and maybe a movie from UK. Exciting times!

Song Of The Week \ 06

Before I packed my things, and went to the Exit Festival in Serbia, I felt the need to load my iPhone with fresh tunes, and as it turned out, that was a spectacular idea. I accidentally listened to this song once, and couldn't get it out of my head ever since. 3OH!3 from a small town in Colorado are named for the area code of that region, 303. "Starstrukk" is from their critically acclaimed second album, released a few weeks ago. It's an interesting melt between Gym Class Heroes' vocals and melody, buffed up with hardcore electro samples, with the classic 90's dance track ending. Very intense!

Hello. I am at EXIT Festival in Serbia, which prevents me to post as often as I would want. I promise a lot of pictures and a sweet video when I come back, together with new Songs Of The Week. I owe you two already, but don't worry, I have a million ideas!

That's something new ...

... but I'm sure it won't move that fast, and so it won't be as impressive. BTW, I have to do something about my obsession with skyscrapers, I dreamed Burj Dubai last night - I was going on top of it, where the airport was located. Stupid futuristic dreams, then u wake up sad in present reality in a place u live.

The season of festivals has began! I was rocking it rasta this weekend in Italy. More photos to come ...

This photo was actually taken on Roisin Murphy's concert. It's abstraction makes it cool.

I've made a Video Collection of 10 Tallest Skyscrapers in the World

You've probably seen photos of those supertall skyscrapers, but did you see them all on video? I really don't like picture slideshows, and that was all I could find, so I've decided to make a real video by myself, and fill the gap in YouTube content.
This is the collection of professional and amateur videos, collected from YouTube, and made in iMovie 08 with over 50 clips.
